This was a perfectly good book by most objective measures. I just wasn't in the mood for it. But being the library book whore* this year, I sometimes take them as they come in.* ok, technically I am not a whore because the library is not paying me to read certain books. But I don't have much control over wait lists and sometimes I must choose to read a book when it becomes available or go back to the end of the line.
